Legendary Pictures are producing it, though Uncle Lloyd is on as a producer and has stated he thinks the script is better than the original. Still not sure how I feel about this, as a Troma movie with a budget just doesn't feel right.

If it stays R rated, it might be worth a watch. There isn’t enough ultraviolence being put out these days and a clean toxic avenger movie is tantamount to blasphemy. Surely they won’t repeat the die hard debacle.
