I guarantee he's not getting paid as much as he deserves. These 20-year-olds working so hard they don't realize their jobs are taking advantage of them and wearing them out and within a few years they will be in so much pain and not be able to work this hard anymore and their jobs don't care, they will just hire the next batch of healthy energetic naive 20 year olds. This is 2026. Scaffolding and ladders exist. Stop needlessly breaking young healthy people!
