I believe the US were built by Christian extremists. One of the reasons many people migrated from Europe to the US was that their sect wasn't compatible with the established churches in Europe.
To this day there's way less Christian extremism in Europe and the insane ones typically migrated back from the US.

I always love how they are such devout followers of their religion and beliefs that they have to hide their identity.
If you are really devout and honest about your beliefs and you want to add legitimacy and emphasis on the things you believe .... and you honestly believe that the things you believe are shared be others and that your beliefs are moral and just ... you'd never be afraid to show your face and identity.
To hide your identity is showing how weak you are to your opponents
