Kate Moss Turned Down a Speaking Role on 'SVU' Because She Only Wanted To Play a Dead Body

Acting dead is not as easy as it sounds, and it may be a day of availability. The difference is that your factory makes a set amount from your shift, while a studio can sell your TV work again and again over an extended period.
Seems odd to complain about someone making easy money while arguing that your own job shouldn't be so hard. It's like how people complain about low wages and people living in poverty but the moment that person in poverty starts earning a higher wage, they're suddenly cast out and deemed "part of the problem" since they're not living in poverty anymore.
she, as an actress
I'm gonna stop you there. She's not an actress. She's a model. She has never acted in a meaningful capacity, and her IMDB credits are either cameos as herself, playing Kate Moss the famous model, or non-speaking roles as a generic model.
would have had to act. And that's too much.
I mean, maybe. She might not have any acting skill whatsoever.
It's funny because I always wanted to play a cadaver on a police drama as well.
Zombie movies can offer roles that unite speaking with being dead.
I think that there's something of a binary distinction between speaking and non-speaking parts under SAG union rules. Like, it gets significantly more expensive more expensive once someone speaks.
I'm not sure whether a zombie moaning crosses the line into a speaking part.
The only movie role I want is to be a zombie in a zombie movie. I want to just shuffle around and groan with make up making me look dead. That is if I ever had a movie role.
They’re not filming The Walking Dead anymore
Anyone who has seen her “act” gets it.
Willing to bet most of her partners do, too...
Play to your strengths, I guess.
Orlando Bloom’s last job before flying to New Zealand was a corpse in Midsomer Murders
Oh, I am reminded of that one character in Contagion.
That Patient Zero.
It's funny cuz I also wanted to play with her dead body

This is the vibe I get from celebrities most of the time. She, as an actress, turned down a cameo role, because she, as an actress would have had to act. And that's too much.
Meanwhile I've worked in factories for $9 an hour, in 130F heat. Fucking hell.
