Mopping. I fucking hate mopping
Mopping. I fucking hate mopping
Yeah, I never understood this. It's a bed, why should I make it look tidy, the only people who will see it are family (so I don't care) or people about to get into the bed with me (so it's going to be untidy in about 0.3 seconds). Martha Stewart isn't going to stop by and grade the house, or take photos for a magazine. It'd be like washing and waxing the car every day before you go anywhere. Nobody cares.
Dusting, mostly because every single free surface is filled with clutter. So simple dusting becomes a full blown spring cleaning. In addition the clutter is generally not left by me and cleaning it up irritates me too much.
Especially because even if I do move everything to dust, most of the dust just ends up in the air again or in my respiratory system.
Putting the clothes away. I donβt mind doing the laundry or putting clothes in the dryer or even hanging them on the line. But when theyβre dry, they go in the basket and then sit there at the end of the bed making me feel guilty.
Cleaning the oven.
Going to get groceries. I have a bunch of soylent, so I wait until I reallllyyy have to. I just really don't like being around combustion engines.
I don't mind mopping. I love the part where you wring out the mop and all the dirt you picked up falls into the bucket.

Making the bed. There's no saying I gotta do it, so it's never getting made π€·
