Sarlacc pit origin story
The Muppets worked with the Mouse House on this around '96ish (officially purchased in '04). I'm just surprised it's yet to happen. Not that I'm encouraging it, exactly, though I am a fan of parody/satire.
Nonplussed Museum Staff: Do not put yourself into the limb stretcher. Yes, even if you think It'll really help your back. Please just go to a physical therapist if it is that bad.
Hang upsidedown from something. Maybe pull a little with your arms. It feels almost as good as you think it does.
Ever just lie down flat on the floor?
So good.
from the anckles or from the back of the knees?
I just widen my stance and let my upper body hang down like I'm trying to touch the ground directly between my feet.
If I feel there's still a bit left, I'll grab my ankles or the ends of my pant legs and pull.
It's so good, like a "the best things in life are free" moment. (over 40 here btw)
....why is the condemned in a shallow pool of water? Most racks were tables if I recall correctly, what does the water do in this instance?
Edit: Turns out most artists had never been in the presence of an actual rack and thus just made shit up.
That's why I have had an inversion table ever since I dated a masseuse that owned one in my early 20s. I'm 45 and my back and knees don't hurt. Walking 5 miles a day probably helps there, but I can feel tension and compression relax when I flip upside down and hang by my ankles for 5 minutes a day.
